A warm, approachable therapist here to help you navigate life’s ups and downs. I specialise in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, using my background in Psychology and a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling to support you in a way that feels right for you.

I know that everyone’s journey is different, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw from a range of therapies—psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive behavioural therapy, and internal family systems therapy—to create sessions that truly meet your needs. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, heal from past experiences, and develop the tools to move forward with confidence.

How long does a therapy session last?

I offer 60-minute sessions. We can discuss any custom session length on your first consultation. Scheduling can be arranged via email when you reach out or after your free consultation.
